SAFe Metrices

The SAFe metrics have a full level of metrics to measure the starting point for each level of the SAFe model that will be used. As outlined above these surveys allow a multi-factor understanding of the clients’ needs based on the results of the surveys. Surveys and individual interviews will be used to insure consistent results. The surveys will advise coaching, training and workshops for the client to help ensure that the needs of the client are met with the necessary training in various ways so that everyone is aware how to move forward.

These surveys will identify all levels of work that needs to be trained and that training will entail. Agile Index

The Agile Journey index is a way of analyzing the work that is being done throughout the company with teams and management to see if they are being Agile and doing the work of their chosen framework. By responding to the survey individually and collectively we ensure that the teams respond accurately and that we get a great idea of where the teams are in an idealized agile journey.

The index provides a way for clients to understand where their teams stand, compare their teams to see what each team needs. Then we can work with their coach or we can provide a coach who will help the team grow beyond their current point and establish a plan to help each of the teams continue to grow. Agile requires growth by practitioners or they stagnate and stop being agile. Agile requires life-long learning. As team members grow, the team grows and becomes more skilled and more able to handle complex customer requirements.
